​Who Are We?

At Home TelePros is a Remote Call Center based in Philadelphia, PA.  Owned and managed by Keyana Jackson.  In October of 2018 Keyana and her husband were blessed with the birth of their first daughter, Jenesis. Thinking ahead, Keyana’s maternity leave was going to come to an end and like many families, her household is a two-income household and she would need to return to work. However, Keyana wanted to stay at home and care for her newborn daughter. Keyana asked family and friends for suggestions for working at home. She read blogs, posted on Facebook and finally, her search led her to Arise. 

Keyana started as an Independent Contractor for a remote call center out of Miami, FL.  With this company she learned key elements that would allow her to branch off and grow her own Remote Call Center.   Keyana’s goal was to learn about the Arise Platform, become confident in operating her own call center, and offer work-at- home opportunities for individuals that need the flexibility in choosing a schedule and remove the restrictions from a traditional in-office environment.  After a full year of servicing, Keyana gained the experience and self assurance that was essential in establishing At Home TelePros.
